Talking

Beau has come a long ways these last several weeks in speech. He is doing great word approximations. It doesn't sound exactly like the word but sometimes it does. I get that excitement feeling all over again every time I hear a new word come out of his mouth. He is trying so hard!! Here is a quick video from last night. He is wanting to watch the monkeys on my phone.



Here he is playing the "monkey song" on the iPad. This kid has it figured out! It's almost annoying at times because he knows how to turn it off as well. We'll be in the middle of a game and he'll just turn it off. Then he gets mad because he wants it back on.



We also had to make another trip to Urgent Care over the weekend. Beau and I had been sick all last week and it just kept getting a little worse everyday. On Sunday, we went to Urgent Care and sure enough he had another ear infection and I had a sinus infection. This will be 2 ear infections in 2 months. Hope this isn't a trend.
