Update

*Beau's been fighting an ear infection/sinus infection these last two weeks. We go back tomorrow because he woke up this morning with a barking cough and still a runny nose after 10 days on antibiotics. This is the 2nd ear infection in the last 3 months. Hope this isn't a start of more to come.

*He continues to attend school two days a week for 2 hrs and still loves every minute of it. He has come such a long ways in the last several months. He is still attending Kindermusik once a week and also LOVES that. This kid has some rhythm. We say there must be a dancing gene in that extra chromosome because neither of us have any rhythm but this kid has it going on!

*Walking- He now likes to "run". Kyle calls him Fred Flintstone. He is walking up inclines and doing better at walking on and off different leveled things such as mats, door jams, and going from cement to grass. 

*Talking- He is talking like crazy. It doesn't make sense most of the time but he has lots to say lately. He has said mom, dad, dog, brush, monkey, auntie, and several other words clearly. Then there are days when he tries to say all those words and they don't sound anything like they should. We still use sign language a lot and he is able to tell us what he wants most of the time with that.

*Eating- This is still our weakness. This last week has been a rough week with g-tube feeds. I think this week he has gagged & retched at about 99% of his feeds. This is very frustrating and hard to watch. It just wipes him out. On Wednesday, he slept 5 hours all together during the day. This is unheard of!! He slept for 2 hrs after his first feed/retching episode and then 3 hours after his 2nd feed/retching episode. Not quite sure what is going on. These make feedings very unenjoyable and frustrating. I dream of the day where I don't have to feed my kid every 3 hours and it be miserable for him and me. 

* He now puts his dirty clothes in the laundry room when asked. He's getting better at picking up his toys if asked. When he runs away from me and I ask him to come back, he's starting to listen (sometimes)!!! 

We are heading to Mobius Kids tomorrow for some fun with some new friends. We can't wait!! Pictures to come later!

We went over to Hayden's house on Monday to let the boys play and he got to ride his 4 wheeler. He loved it!! Might have to get him one of these.

My good morning present the other day. This was the worst ever!!! The picture doesn't even do it justice.  I don't get grossed out very often but this put me over the edge.
